X-Factor 2012 Kye Sones Reality Celebrity Lookalike

For the last two weekends I've been trying to work out who ITV1's X Factor's Kye Sones (below) reminds me of.  Then it clicked this evening...
Kye Sones
Cast your minds back to Big Brother 2010, series 10 and the wacky rich kid contestant, Frederick "Freddie" Fisher, better known as half-wit.  They seriously look alike. Don't you agree?

Rants about Soaps - Makeovers

I really wish soaps would portray poorer people with a bit of class. The homes of Ste in Hollyoaks and Billy and Lola in Eastenders resemble time warps from the late 70's to early 80's. I know plenty of people in tough financial situations and although they're poor, they've got a bit of style. How much would a tin of paint cost? They probably sell paint in the Pound Shop or some bargain retailer. Emmerdale's Dingle household could do with a clear out but at least their home fits their characters.

I know I may sound like I need to get of my soap box and stop ranting but the décor in the named above soaps really does my nut in. It's like they're saying poorer people have no pride in their homes. Come on scriptwriters and wardrobe...do your research.

I Wanna See New 'Steel Magnolias' Movie

1989 tearjerker “Steel Magnolias” is one of my all-time classic favourites so its good to hear the film has been remade, as a TV movie in the US with an all black cast featuring, Queen Latifah, Phylicia Rashad (Cosby Show), and singer/actress Jill Scott. The original movie, starring Dolly Parton, Julia Roberts, Shirley McClaine and Daryl Hannah portrayed a community of strong 'steel' women in a storyline of humour and tragedy.

I know the new version is going to be great with such a strong cast but it probably won't be shown on UK television until about five years time and most likely on Channel 5, that screens US TV movies daily. Can I wait that long?
